Our Story
Pastel-Cake began with a simple belief: every cake should tell a story and every bite should feel like home. Founded in 2025 by Susana Soto Valdez in Angleton, TX. Pastel-Cake grew from a small kitchen dream into a local favorite for hand crafted cakes and pastries.
Susana's love for baking was discovered while working at Sam's Club. Surrounded by cakes every day, she realized that baking wasn't just a job, it was her passion. She began experimenting at home, learning the craft, and adding her own creative twist to classic recipes.
What started as a home hobby quickly grew into something more. Friends and family encouraged her to share her talent with the community, and soon Pastel-Cake was born. Transforming a dream into a small business full of sweetness and color.
For Susana baking is just more than a dessert, it's about making memories that last, one cake at a time.
